They took the right steps a reputable company would in making amends to the public. It is a terrible situation and by accepting full responsibility and not being overly defensive, they did what was necessary to make up for their mistakes.

They took the right steps in terms of corporate social responsibility, but it is possibly something they can not overcome. Were I a regular, I would return. Not having eaten there might remain as this situation.
